Has Scottish devolution worked and what next?

The First Minister of Scotland evaluates the process of Scottish devolution. She asks has it made Scotland better and looks to what will happen in the future.

She talks about the struggle to create the Scottish Parliament, its successes and she argues that in key areas, all political parties could put aside differences and find the consensus that could strengthen the Scottish Parliament in the future.

On immigration, the Single Market and Social Security, Sturgeon thinks that MSPs could come together to win powers that will allow those at Holyrood to solve problems that are unlikely to be solved at Westminster.

Although she does worry about the EU Withdrawal Bill making Scottish devolution weaker, which is something we have written about previously.
