Rape apologist plans meetups in Scotland
Roosh V is a pick up artist. He seems to blame women for their own rape. His solution to the crime is making it legal on private property. Here is his reasoning:
I thought about this problem and am sure I have the solution: make rape legal if done on private property. I propose that we make the violent taking of a woman not punishable by law when done off public grounds.
The exception for public rape is aimed at those seedy and deranged men who randomly select their rape victims on alleys and jogging trails, but not as a mechanism to prevent those rapes, since the verdict is still out if punishment stops a committed criminal mind, but to have a way to keep them off the streets. For all other rapes, however, especially if done in a dwelling or on private property, any and all rape that happens should be completely legal.
He also writes stuff like this.
And if you need to know a bit more he has featured on this BBC documentary.
Anyway, on 06/02/16 he has arranged meet up days for his followers. He will be appearing at one of 9 UK meetups. Two of those are planned in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
- Edinburgh – Covenanter’s Memorial in Grassmarket.
- Glasgow – George Square. Meet by the tall obelisk statue.
They are meeting at 8pm and they will recognise each other by pretending to be James Bond.
To identify your fellow tribesmen, ask the following question to a man you suspect is there for the meetup: “Do you know where I can find a pet shop?” If you are asked this question, answer in the affirmative: “Yes, it’s right here.
I am pro free speech even if I find the speech reprehensible. However, If I was out in Glasgow/Edinburgh on Saturday night, I would be wary of any group of men who are looking for a pet shop at 8pm.
They plan to record anyone trying to disrupt their meetup and disseminate the video in a worldwide anti feminist network. Roosh wrote recently.
Up to now, the enemy has been able to exert their power by isolating us and attacking with shrieking mobs, but we’ll be able to neutralise that tactic by amassing in high numbers come February 6. I will exact furious retribution upon anyone who challenges you in public on that date (remember to record them). Therefore let the sixth of February be a clear signal to all that we’re not going anywhere. We have finally arrived.
Police Scotland are aware of the planned events. I can only hope that very few Scottish men find his type of Misogynistic hate speech appealing. And that nobody turns up to these events.
